Welcome to AIMe AI Call Assistant. These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern your participation in and receipt of text messages, phone call follow-ups, and automated notifications operated by AIMe AI Call Assistant.

1. Program Overview & Service Description

AIMe AI Call Assistant provides automated call management, voice assistant support, appointment scheduling, and related customer follow-up messaging services. By opting into our campaign, interacting with our automated phone service, requesting a callback, or submitting your contact details, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive automated communications from us.

2. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into messaging services from AIMe AI Call Assistant, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing, transactional, and operational SMS/MMS messages from our automated systems.

Program Details

Program Name: AIMe AI Call Assistant Messaging Campaign
Message Types: Missed call response notifications, call summaries, appointment confirmations, reminder alerts, requested info follow-ups, and customer support conversations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the AIMe AI Call Assistant platform, incoming call volume, and service requests.

Cost & Rates Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please check with your wireless provider for details regarding your specific mobile plan, text messaging rates, and data fees.

Customer Keywords & Commands

Opt-Out / Stop: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscription. No further automated messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating wireless carriers include all major national and regional carriers in the United States and Canada.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We value your privacy and process personal information strictly in accordance with applicable industry standards and TCPA guidelines.

SMS Opt-In Data	Will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. User Responsibilities & Declarations

By consenting to receive messages from AIMe AI Call Assistant, you confirm that:

You are the registered owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
You will notify us immediately if you transfer or deactivate your mobile phone number.
You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIMe AI Call Assistant and its service providers shall not be held liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered text messages resulting from network carrier issues, device incompatibility, or coverage disruptions.
